    LIVESTRONG at the YMCA focuses on the whole person-not the disease. Just diagnosed? Going through treatment? In remission? This FREE12-week program meets twice a week for 60 –75 minutes, using traditional exercise methods to ease participants back into fitness and help maintain a healthy lifestyle.   2. City Council Candidate Forum

    October 2, 2017, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM @ Courtroom/Council Chambers

    To hear answers about as many topics as possible, all questions will be given to the Moderator on index cards. You may submit a question in advance (see below) OR you may write your question when you arrive. You may sign your name, OR not. You may address your question to one candidate, or to more than one. IF the question can be answered "yes" or "no" you may ask the question of all candidates. The Moderator and Timekeeper will insure that candidates have equal time for questions and answers. The Moderator will disregard any question that is verbally abusive, offensive, or too personal to be asked. IF you are unable to attend, submit your question ahead of time and listen to the recorded version on Channel 7. To submit one or more questions, email to OR text to 229-416-9392 OR mail to PO Box 1566 by Sunday night, midnight, October 1, OR bring your question to the Forum and write it there.
