    February 28, 2019, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM @ Tybee Post Theater

This award-winning dark comedy explores the epic story about how a bureaucratic Washington insider quietly became the most powerful man in the world as Vice-President to George W. Bush, reshaping the country and the globe in ways that we still feel today. Bush, played by Sam Rockwell, picked Dick Cheney (Christian Bale), the CEO of Halliburton Co., to be his Republican running mate in the 2000 presidential election. No stranger to politics, Cheney's impressive résumé included stints as White House chief of staff, House Minority Whip and defense secretary. When Bush wins by a narrow margin, Cheney begins to use his newfound power to control of key foreign policy and defense decisions throughout Washington.
