Online Payments

The City allows payment of utility bills, parking tickets, and police citations via three different payment options. Click the appropriate link below:

Pay Parking Tickets - If you have questions about a parking ticket or had problems with obtaining parking receipts, please calling Parking Services at 912.472.5101 or send an email to parking@cityoftybee.org.

Pay Police Citations - If you have questions about a court date or your citation, please call the number listed on your citation.

Pay Utility Bills - ATTENTION! NEW PAYMENT PROCESS FOR UTILITY BILLS

The payment process for paying water/sewer bills at the City of Tybee Island is changing for customers who pay online. Customers will no longer receive a PDF bill attached to an email. You will now receive an email from Xpress Bill Pay directing you to log into xpressbillpay.com and pay. First-time customers will be prompted to set up a username and password.
