Here are some guides to hopefully help you with the process:

Steps to Register my Online Utility Account:

  1. Select “View & Pay Utility Billing”
  2. Search your account easily by your account number, which can be found on your utility bill.
  3. Select “Make Payment”
  4. Select “I want to Register this Account” or make a one-time payment by selecting “Proceed to Payment”
  5. Once you select “I want to Register this Account” you will need to create and confirm a password
  6. Once you register your account you can sign up for auto pay, paperless billing and update your contact info

Paying Parking Tickets - If you have questions about a parking ticket or had problems with obtaining parking receipts, please call Parking Services at 912.472.5101 or send an email to parking@cityoftybee.org.


Paying Police Citations - If you have questions about a court date or your citation, please call the number listed on your citation.
