Here are some guides to hopefully help you with the process:
Steps to Register my Online Utility Account:
- Select “View & Pay Utility Billing”
- Search your account easily by your account number, which can be found on your utility bill.
- Select “Make Payment”
- Select “I want to Register this Account” or make a one-time payment by selecting “Proceed to Payment”
- Once you select “I want to Register this Account” you will need to create and confirm a password
- Once you register your account you can sign up for auto pay, paperless billing and update your contact info

Administrative Citations: Administrative citations cannot be paid online. Please call 912-472-5026 to make your payment over the phone.
Paying Parking Tickets - If you have questions about a parking ticket or had problems with obtaining parking receipts, please call Parking Services at 912.472.5101 or send an email to parking@cityoftybee.org.
Paying Police Citations - If you have questions about a court date or your citation, please call the number listed on your citation.
