Nancy DeVetter moved to Tybee in 2013 and lives on the north end with her spouse and two young children. Nancy is an attorney who runs her own law firm which specializes in probate issues and expungements. She has practiced as an attorney for 12 years, working as a legal aid attorney for low-income Georgians until 2020. She received her B.A. from Washington and Lee University in 2003 and her J.D. from Georgia State College of Law in 2008. She serves as the chair of the board of Ready2Connect in Rincon, GA, serves on the board of Goodwill, and was appointed by the Mayor of Savannah to help head the city's task force for people with criminal records. She is a supporter of the Post Theatre and other local non-profits.
