Parking Rates

New Day Parking Passes are now available!

Each pass costs $25 per day and may be purchased for up to 7 consecutive days for a total of $175. Passes are available online at TybeeIsland.CMRPay.com and must be valid for the date(s) you are parking. You may select the dates the pass is needed, up to 30 days in advance.  For more information, call (912) 472-5101.

*The City of Tybee no longer is accepting coins or cash for parking rate payment. The following parking rates on Tybee Island:

• Hourly Parking on app or at Kiosk: $4.00/hour
• Annual Parking Pass: $302.00 each
• Transferrable Parking Pass: $402.00 each
• Senior Discounted Pass: $177.00 each

Decal Information:

A  virtual permit entitles you to park in any legal space on the island without paying the parking fees. 

• All parking decals are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Decals expire on the date of purchase the following year.
• To get a Resident decal, your vehicle must be registered to a Tybee address (Chatham County 03 District 03). You must bring or upload your valid registration to be approved. 
• Transferrable decals must be fully displayed in the dash of the vehicle using the decal, and are not unique to one vehicle.  
• Senior Discount Decals- You must be 62 or older, your name must be on the vehicle registration and you must be present with identification to use the discount.
• Motorized Cart T-Number Decals- Golf cart decals may be purchased by bringing or uploading the inspection paperwork and vehicle registration. The city allows motorized cart use under specific circumstances. Carts must be inspected, registered, display a T-Number, and operated only on certain streets. • There are NO discounts on Golf Cart or Transferable decals.
• Decals are associated to a single vehicle, so to purchase, you must bring or upload your current paid tag registration.
• Motorcycle stickers are also available under annual permit for the same fee and current registration must be shown.
• If you trade out your vehicle during the year, be sure to update your information online, or pay for parking until the information is up to date. 

Tour Bus Parking

Parking for tour buses and motor coaches is extremely limited. They may park ONLY in designated bus parking spaces on Pulaski Street and 15th St. This restriction applies year-round.

RV/Camper Parking

RVs/Campers and motorhomes are NOT allowed in ANY city parking lots, regardless of permit status.
