The City of Tybee Island, GA will be accepting bids for the South Annex Building Repairs. BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 2:00 PM ON TUESDAY, MAY 5, 2026, to Aleesha Robinson, at Tybee Island City Hall, 403 Butler Avenue, Tybee Island, GA 31328. A PRE-BID MEETING will be held 1:00PM, TUESDAY, APRIL 21, 2026, at the Public Safety Building Conference Room (78 Van Horne) all prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. Direct all questions in writing to Aleesha Robinson at aleesha.robinson@cityoftybee.gov The City of Tybee Island, GA may (i) reject any, any part of, or all bids and proposals with any party submitting a bid or proposal, or (ii) waive informalities and technicalities, (iii) negotiate directly with any party submitting a bid or proposal, or (iv) accept that proposal which the City of Tybee Island, GA deems to be in its best interest, whether or not it is the lowest dollar proposal.
