The packet with the latest documentation requirements is available at City Hall in the Planning and Zoning Department, or you may download the HMGP packet from our WebLink. Documentation must be returned to the Planning and Zoning Department at 403 Butler Avenue (or via email to TybeeHMGP@gmail.com) by close of business on January 17th. Note that you will have to have filed your declaration-of-intent document last year before the due date in order to be eligible to apply now for the HMGP. Also note that the contract is for at least 20 homes to be raised only because it was thought that 20 homes would certainly be able to be declared eligible in the time available. The city is applying for an extension, and if all steps go smoothly, there could be additional homes that qualify. If you do not complete this application process, you will definitely NOT be eligible. If you continue through the process, you may opt out at any time!
