PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Mayor and Council of the City of Tybee Island will hold a Public Hearing at the Public Safety Building, 78 Van Horne, Thursday, September 22, 2022 at 6:30PM.
The purpose of this Hearing is as follows:
For the consideration of an amendment to the Zoning Code, Sec 3-080, currently designated at Z-3, to address parking requirements for properties used or intended to be used for Short Term Rental purposes in Zones R-1, R-1B, and/or R-2
Anyone wishing to speak to this issue may do so. It will be necessary to sign a Disclosure form before the Hearing. The form will be available at the Hearing.
